§297. Applicability of law regarding trademarks, service marks and trade
names in general
Except insofar as the provisions of this Subpart are in conflict
therewith, the provisions of Subpart A, of Part VI of Chapter 1 of Title 51 of
the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to trademarks, service marks
and trade names in general, shall be applicable to this Subpart.
