§ 51:2013 — Penalty

Louisiana·Title 51 Trade and Commerce
Any person that violates the provisions of R.S. 51:2008(2) and R.S. 51:2009(1)(a), (b), and (c) and (2) shall be imprisoned for not more than ten years or fined not more than twenty-five thousand dollars, or both.
