§284. Penalty; fee for certificate needed to obtain license
Whoever violates the provisions of this Subpart shall be fined not less
than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, or imprisoned for
not less than ten days nor more than sixty days, or both. Each day any person
continues to conduct any business in violation of this Subpart, shall constitute
a separate offense.
Any person authorized under law to issue licenses who issues a license
without compliance with the provisions of R.S. 51:281 shall be punished as
provided for under existing laws for such offense.
