Text
§2317. Application fees and origination fees
The corporation, through the secretary, may charge application fees and other fees as
necessary to cover costs associated with administering its programs in a manner consistent
with the financial and economic benefits and risks of the programs to the state. Adoption of
such charges shall be published in the Louisiana Register in conformance with the provisions
of the Administrative Procedure Act.
