§2109. Rulemaking authority
The Department of Corrections, office of state police, may, in accordance with the
Administrative Procedure Act, adopt all rules necessary to implement the provisions of this
Chapter provided that any rule promulgated does not conflict with the provisions of 6 U.S.C.
1501 et seq.
