§1908. Name badges
Each individual soliciting funds shall prominently display on his person
a badge, provided by the sponsoring person or organization and approved by
the authority, bearing the signature of a responsible officer of the authority and
that of the person soliciting funds, and describing the person soliciting funds
by name, age, height, weight, eye color, hair color, street address, principal
occupation, and indicating the name of the organization for which funds are
being solicited.
