§ 51:1757 — Annual report
Louisiana·Title 51 Trade and Commerce
§1757. Annual report A. The division shall compile an annual report that contains all of the following information:
(1)An evaluation of the liability and enforcement provisions of this Chapter,
including but not limited to the effectiveness of the division's efforts to enforce this Chapter
and any recommendations for revisions to this Chapter, including proposals for legislation.
(2)A summary of the consumer interactions, protected and not protected by this
Chapter, including a list of alleged violations the division has received.
(3)An accounting of all of the following:
(a)All administrative fines and civil penalties assessed during the year.
(b)All administrative fines and civil penalties collected during the year.
(c)The use of funds from all administrative fines and civil penalt
