Text

A. If a provider of Internet service knows or has reason to know that a subscriber currently resides in Louisiana, the provider shall make available to the subscriber a product or service which enables the subscriber to control a child's use of the Internet. B. The product or service provided for in Subsection A of this Section must enable the subscriber to do all of the following:

(1)Block access to specific websites or domains deemed inappropriate by the subscriber in Subsection A of this Section.
(2)Restrict access exclusively to specific websites or domains deemed inappropriate by the subscriber in Subsection A of this Section.
(3)Allow the subscriber to monitor a child's use of the Internet service by providing a report to the subscriber of the specific websites or domains that the
