§9. Duly authorized state agency
The state Department of Transportation and Development is designated as the
authorized state agency to administer the provisions of this Chapter, to collect and distribute
information, and generally to advise with and assist appropriate state and federal agencies
and individuals interested in the development of the provisions of this Chapter.
