§ 49:653 — Charitable gaming regulation
Louisiana·Title 49 State Administration
The Department of Revenue shall be responsible for the regulation of charitable gaming in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 11 of Title 4 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
