Text

The secretary of state is authorized to provide direct computer access to public records in the custody of the Department of State. The department is authorized to assess a fee for such access pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 49:222. Said fee shall not exceed the cost of providing the service. {{NOTE: SEE ACTS 1990, NO. 278, §3.}}
