§200. State agency; stationery; definition
A.The telephone number of each state agency shall be imprinted upon the official
stationery used by the agency. The secretary or other chief administrative officer of each
state agency shall be responsible for carrying out the requirements of this Section.
B.No state agency shall discard or otherwise dispose of any of its official stationery
to accomplish the purposes of this Section, but shall take whatever means appropriate, such
as stamping its current telephone number on such stationery, to implement the requirements
of this Section.
C.For the purpose of this Section, a "state agency" is defined as any board,
commission, department, division, agency, office, or other entity within the executive,
judicial, and legislative branches of state g
