Text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the date for the termination of a statutory entity shall be July first of an odd-numbered year. NOTE: See Acts 2004, No. 477, §2, relative to Act superseding conflicting provisions of R.S. 49:192 and 193.
