§991. Streams dividing parishes, concurrent jurisdiction over ferries Where streams separate parishes, the parishes between which ferryboats ply thereon have concurrent jurisdiction over the ferry. Complaints for neglect or infractions of the charter are cognizable by the court of either parish in such cases.
