§671. Model roads through municipalities Whenever necessary, parish governing authorities may construct good roads in whole or in part of the type commonly known as model roads through the corporate limits of municipalities to form a connection through the municipalities between the ends or terminals of good roads already constructed by the parish governing authorities to the limits of the municipalities.
