§381.4. Rights-of-way; wireless telecommunications tower managers The assistant secretary for project delivery or his duly authorized representative may enter into agreements with a wireless telecommunications tower manager to manage such towers for specified periods as follows:
(1)One or more telecommunication towers owned and operated solely by the
department may be managed for a period less than set forth in Civil Code Article 3473.
(2)Telecommunication towers in either of the following categories may be managed
for a period less than that set forth in Civil Code Article 3486:
(a)One or more telecommunication towers owned or operated by the department
which have been strengthened by the wireless telecommunications tower manager.
(b)One or more telecommunication towers erected by the
