In borrowing money and as a grant of power in addition to other authority to issue bonds, the board is authorized to issue revenue bonds of the authority with the approval of the State Bond Commission, for any purpose within the rights and powers delegated to the authority.

A.The board is hereby authorized to pledge for the payment of the principal and interest of such negotiable bonds the fares, fees, rental charges and other income or revenue derived from the facilities and properties maintained and operated by the authority and any gifts, grants or contributions from any other sources whatsoever including, but not limited to, other monies which by law or contract may be made available to the authority.
