§1303.1. Assumption Parish road lighting districts; tax levy Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 48:1303, the governing authority of any road lighting district within the parish of Assumption may levy taxes not to exceed in any year twenty mills on the dollar on all of the taxable property within the boundaries of the district. All other provisions and limitations of R.S. 48:1303 shall apply to any tax so levied.
