Text

A. Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 47:7012 and 7013, or any other law to the contrary, the Department of Transportation and Development shall not take any action to collect a toll, charge, administrative fee, or late charge from any person who failed to pay a toll to cross the Crescent City Connection Bridge, beginning on January 1, 2013, and continuing through March 5, 2013. B. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, as of August 1, 2013, notices of violations or delinquencies shall not be required to be sent to any person alleged to have failed to pay a toll to cross the Crescent City Connection Bridge prior to January 1, 2013.
