§305.6. Exemptions; schools and educational materials The sales and use tax imposed by taxing authorities shall not apply to:

(1)The purchase, lease, or rental of educational materials or equipment used for classroom instruction by approved parochial and private elementary and secondary schools which comply with the court order from the Dodd Brumfield decision and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, limited to books, workbooks, computers, computer software, films, videos, and audio tapes.
(2)Tangible personal property sold by approved parochial and private elementary and secondary schools which comply with the court order from the Dodd Brumfield decision and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or students, administrators, or teachers, or other employees of the sch
