§292.3. Special authority for the secretary with respect to certain military service in the uniformed services Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the secretary may grant certain relief to persons in the uniformed services for service in the uniformed services as defined in R.S. 29:403(9) to the full extent of such relief granted by federal law.
