§1515.2. Authority to collect fees; office of conservation

A.The secretary of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Department of Conservation and Energy, office of conservation, at the request of the commissioner of conservation, to collect fees assessed by the office of conservation.
B.The agreement between the Department of Revenue and the Department of Conservation and Energy, office of conservation shall be executed by the secretary of the Department of Revenue and the commissioner of conservation. The agreement shall provide the manner of collection, the fees to be collected, and the costs of collection, if any, to be paid by the office of conservation, and such other terms and conditions necessary to effectuate the agreement.
