§977. Vaccinations for certain juveniles in state custody
The office of public health shall be responsible for providing and dispensing the
hepatitis B vaccine, through the Vaccines for Children Program, to children between the ages
of twelve and nineteen who have been placed in the custody of the division of youth services
of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections.
