§975. Women's cancer prevention program A. The office of public health, Louisiana Department of Health, shall provide a special program of preventive, health, and medical care for women, who otherwise qualify by law, that concentrates on cancer prevention in women. The program required by this Section shall include services necessary to prevent or reduce the occurrence of female cancer by providing minimum mammogram examination and minimum pap smear examination under the following circumstances, subject to available funding derived from any available source. B. In this Section, "minimum mammography examination" means mammographic examinations, including but not limited to digital breast tomosynthesis, performed no less frequently than the following schedule provides:
