§356. Rulemaking
The secretary of Louisiana Works, the secretary of the Department of Children and
Family Services, the secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health, the state
superintendent of education, and the president of the Louisiana Community and Technical
College System shall promulgate all rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure
Act necessary to implement the provisions of this Part.
