§ 46:325 — Duties of customers

§325. Duties of customers Each customer in the program shall do all of the following:
(1)At the time of redetermination of eligibility for SNAP benefits, provide to the
department all requested documentation of participation in a workforce training or education
program.
(2)Comply with all other requirements for receipt of SNAP benefits as set forth by
the department.
