§ 46:355 — Reporting

§355. Reporting
No later than twelve months after commencement of the initiative, and at least
annually thereafter, the state partners, jointly, shall submit a written report providing a
summary and evaluation of outcomes of the initiative to the advisory board, the House and
Senate committees on labor and industrial relations, and the House and Senate committees
on health and welfare.
