§2201. Persons who are elderly and persons with disabilities; capital acquisitions;
definitions
As used in this Chapter, the terms "persons who are elderly", "persons with
disabilities", and "capital acquisitions" shall be defined in accordance with the appropriate
federal law and the regulations and definitions in effect thereunder.
