§1977. Violations; penalties
A.Any individual, business, or healthcare provider that violates the provisions in this
Chapter shall be fined no more than five hundred dollars for the first offense.
B.Any individual, business, or healthcare provider that violates the provisions in this
Chapter shall be fined no more than one thousand dollars for the second offense.
C.Any individual, business, or healthcare provider that violates the provisions in this
Chapter shall be fined no more than two thousand five hundred dollars for the third or any
subsequent offense.
