§1608.1. Jefferson Council on Aging; allocation of services among certain local centers; conditions A. Subject to the conditions provided in Subsection B of this Section, the Jefferson Council on Aging, referred to hereafter in this Section as the "council", shall ensure delivery of a minimum level of services at the following centers within the set of services to be funded with monies disbursed pursuant to R.S. 46:1608 or another funding source:

(1)The Harvey Community Center.
(2)The Marrero Community and Senior Center.
(3)The Woodmere Community Center. B.
