§1445.7. Eligibility for services To be eligible to begin participation in the Adoption Awareness Program, a birth parent or expectant parent shall be a person who meets at least one of the following requirements:
(1)A resident of this state who is the biological parent of an unborn child.
(2)Is a parent of a child under two years of age.
(3)Is a parent of a child in the custody of the department.
(4)Is a parent of a minor who is the biological parent of an unborn child.
