§ 45:715 — Violation of law; law inapplicable during strikes

Louisiana·Title 45 Public Utilities and Carriers
Whoever violates R.S. 45:711 through 45:714 shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. The provisions of R.S. 45:711 through 45:714 shall not apply during strikes.
