§ 45:483 — Violations; penalty
Louisiana·Title 45 Public Utilities and Carriers
Whoever violates this Sub-part shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned not less than thirty days nor more than one year, or both.
