Text

Upon petition by the commission the Nineteenth Judicial District Court within and for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, shall have jurisdiction to restrain violations of this Part or to enforce compliance with standards established under R.S. 45:308(B) or orders issued under R.S. 45:313. Any person of interest may appeal from orders and decrees of the Commission issued under this Part in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Louisiana.
