§201.13. Appointment of secretary of state as agent to receive service of process

A.The acceptance by a transportation network company of participating drivers or customers in this state, shall be deemed an appointment, by the transportation network company, of the Louisiana Secretary of State, to be its true and lawful attorney for service of process, upon whom may be served all lawful process, whether issued out of a court or by other lawful authority, in any action or proceeding involving the transportation network company by reason of the transportation network company services it provides in this state; and acceptance of participating drivers or customers shall constitute agreement by the transportation network company that any service of process served against it shall be of the sam
