§1613. Violations; penalties
Any cable service provider or video service provider found by the commission, after
notice and hearing, to be in violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to a
civil fine not to exceed one thousand dollars for the first violation. The civil fine for any
subsequent violation of any provision of this Chapter shall not exceed five thousand dollars.
