A. Except as otherwise provided in Subsection B of this Section, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to require disclosure of records of the Department of Transportation and Development or the Sabine River Authority, state of Louisiana, containing sensitive security information or critical infrastructure information. B. The provisions of Subsection A of this Section shall not be construed, interpreted, or enforced in any manner to prohibit a member of the legislature in the performance of his official duties from inspecting or examining any record in the custody of the Department of Transportation and Development. C. For purposes of this Section, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
