§722. Agencies governed The agencies whose personnel administration shall be governed by this Chapter are the state board of health, the department of public welfare, the office of employment security of Louisiana Works, the hospital and health planning division of the state hospital board and any other agencies or divisions of agencies which are required by federal law, rules and regulations to operate under personnel standards on a merit basis, which may be referred to as "federal aid agencies" and the Louisiana Merit System Council herein created.
