Text

A. The Department of State Civil Service shall collect and maintain in accordance with law the information reported pursuant to R.S. 42:289 and R.S. 42:290. Said department shall publish quarterly, or at lesser intervals as deemed appropriate by the director of state civil service, a report reflecting the number of employees of state government by categories as provided in Subsection B of this Section. B.

(1)The report shall provide, separately, the number of full-time equivalent executive branch employees of state government and the number of full-time equivalent executive branch employees of state government whose salaries and employee benefits are funded through an appropriation measure enacted by the legislature, and each such number shall be further divided into the number of:
