Text
A. The filing of reports and statements shall be deemed timely in the following cases:
(1)The papers are hand-delivered, mailed, or deposited for delivery with a commercial delivery service, on or before the due date. If the papers are received by mail or delivered by a commercial delivery service on the first day following the due date, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that the papers were timely filed. In all cases where the presumption does not apply, the timeliness of the filing shall be shown only by an official U.S. postmark, official receipt or certificate from the U.S. Postal Service, or by receipt or invoice of a commercial delivery service made at the time of mailing or deposit for delivery which indicates the date thereof. For purposes of this Section, "by mail" applies
