§ 41:6 — Issuance of patents
Louisiana·Title 41 Public Lands
The governor shall issue patents:
(1)For all lands sold, on presentation of the treasurer's receipt.
(2)For lands located by warrants, whenever he is satisfied that the lands have been legally sold and located.
