§1215.4. Lamar-Dixon Expo Center; lease
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the governing authority
of Ascension Parish is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into a lease of all or any
portion of the Lamar-Dixon Expo Center located in Ascension Parish at 9039 St. Landry
Road in Gonzales, Louisiana. The lease shall provide for the uses of the property and the
lease shall be subject to approval by the governing authority of Ascension Parish.
