§1089. Transfer of former Interagency Recreation Board land to Department of Public Safety and Corrections Notwithstanding any provision of this Part or of any other law to the contrary, the supervision, management, and use of the surface of any state-owned lands in East Feliciana Parish previously transferred to the former Interagency Recreation Board, pursuant to authorization of Act No. 846 of the 1984 Regular Session, and subsequently transferred to the Louisiana Department of Health by Act No. 662 of the 1989 Regular Session of the Legislature shall be transferred to the Interagency Recreation Board and the board shall have and may exercise any powers, duties, and functions provided for it in this Chapter.
