All monies derived from the sale of the timber pursuant to the provisions of this Part shall be forwarded to the secretary of the Interagency Recreation Board for deposit in the state general fund after compliance with the provisions of Article VII, Section 9 of the Constitution of Louisiana with respect to the Bond Security and Redemption Fund, without delay, after the sheriff making the sale has deducted therefrom the expense of advertising and his commissions for making the sales. The commission shall be two percent of the amount bid and paid provided that this commission shall not exceed one hundred dollars for one day's adjudication.
