Text

The State of Louisiana is hereby authorized to make grants, as funds are available, to any parish, municipality, public board or political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, or any combination of the same, to assist them in the construction of those portions of water pollution control projects, which qualify for Federal aid and assistance under the provisions of Title 33, Section 466, et seq. of the United States Code Annotated, as now or as may hereafter be amended. 1 1 Transferred; now 33 U.S.C.A. §1251 et seq.
