§2255.1. Definitions As used in this Part, the following words have the following meanings unless the context indicates otherwise:

(1)"Prescription drug" means a drug as defined in 21 U.S.C. 321.

(2)"Prescription drug marketing" means to provide educational or marketing information or materials regarding a prescription drug in any form including but not limited to all of the following:

(a)Face-to-face meetings.

(b)Physical mailings.

(c)Telephone conversations.

(d)Electronic mail or facsimile.

§2255.1. Definitions
As used in this Part, the following words have the following meanings unless the
