§2012.2. Admission of pay patients; disposition of proceeds Patients suffering with tuberculosis who are able to pay for hospitalization in a hospital operated by the department shall reimburse the hospital for expenses of their hospitalization, medical services, drugs, and medicines at rates to be fixed by the department, and the proceeds of fees paid by such patients shall be transmitted to the state treasurer in accordance with state laws.
