§1546. Coordination of state, private, and federal efforts Each state institution, state agency, or private agency providing training for the fire service shall coordinate such efforts with the firefighter training program through the office of state fire marshal to prevent duplication of efforts, duplication of cost, and to ensure standardization. The office of state fire marshal is hereby designated as the state agency for the coordination of training for the fire service provided by any federal government agency.
