§1484.12. Exemptions from licensure The requirements of licensure as provided in this Part are not applicable to an officer or employee of the United States, this state, or any political subdivision of either, while engaged in the performance of his official duties within the course and scope of his employment with the United States, this state, or any political subdivision of either.
