§1464. Commercial driver's curriculum; human trafficking training

A.Beginning January 1, 2025, any trade school, community college, agency, public or private school, or person offering instruction in the operation of commercial motor vehicles as part of a commercial motor vehicle driving course curriculum shall include a minimum of thirty minutes of industry-specific anti-trafficking training on the recognition, prevention, and reporting of human trafficking.
B.The Board of Regents shall identify and establish industry-specific anti-trafficking training materials for use in instruction on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking by applicants as a requirement to obtain a Class "A", "B", or "C" commercial driver's license.
